Famous property, has really helpful and efficient staff with what appeared to be servers rather than a desk clerk. A wide array of food available in the restaurant. Comfy bed & magnificent and unbeatable position so close to chappel bridge and overlooking the snow capped mountains, the main train station, and the pub. Also, close to railway station.

The staff were very polite and friendly, like servers rather than just a desk clerk. the rooms were quite spacious and had great amenities, including a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe.

The rooms were decent sized and included central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV etc. It was in an European building with lovely view on to the lake and the covered bridge. Location: the hotel was close enough to the bar/restaurant and the most popular restaurants and train station and the surrounding landmarks.

This place offers an unbeatable and incredible location, just a short walk from the Neubad Cultural Center, and the food at the restaurant is good.
